As a tube-above sequential wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, the new Rigaku ZSX Primus IV offers fast quantitative determination of major, minor and trace elements from beryllium (Be) through uranium (U), in a wide variety of sample types — with minimal standards.
